With its 500,000 square feet of space, the New York Design Center is a hub for the city’s design community. But The Gallery at 200 Lex Powered by Incollect, which opened in 2011, is arguably the center of its gravitational pull. (Incollect joined in 2018.) Located on the building’s 10th floor, it is a mecca for vintage pieces. It’s also making the industry far more accessible than ever before, thanks to its use of QR codes and its corresponding e-commerce website. Nevertheless, the addition of 12 new dealers to The Gallery will be particularly exciting news for antiques aficionados.
